Fit Werx Riders Shine at Vermont State Cyclocross Championships

The Burris Logistics/Fit Werx/Music Emporium cyclocross team gathered in Putney, Vermont on November 11 for the 22nd Annual West Hill Shop Cyclocross Race. As in years past, this classic event is also the state championship for Vermont residents.

Each of the Burris Logistics/Fit Werx/Music Emporium team members competing came away with medals.

Sam Noel continued his very strong season and brought home the first Gold Medal in the Junior 10-14 year old event.

At the other end of the age spectrum, Bruce Bell was able to win the Gold in the Masters 55+ field after settling for Silver and Bronze in past years.

In the ultra competitive Masters 45+ field, Matt Spence won the Silver, for the 2nd year in a row,  followed closely by Tim Noel, Sam's father, with the Bronze Medal.

Congratulations on a strong showing!

Next on the schedule is the Bay State Classic in Sterling, MA the weekend after Thanksgiving.
