If you own a ’14-’16 Felt IA or DA, and it does not already have Felt’s latest brakes on it, Felt would like to give you a new set of brakes for no charge! If your brake serial number is 15051 or earlier, it can be upgraded and you can just contact us to start the process. If the batch number of the brake is 15061 or later, it has already been upgraded and you don’t need to do anything. Felt values this upgrade at $350 and we’ll include the labor at no additional charge if you bring your bike in for a full tune at the same time. Otherwise, we’re happy to help with the fee product upgrade without a tune at regular hourly service rates.
