Fit Werx recently presented a seminar at TriMania Boston on the 10 steps that can be taken from road positioning to aero positioning that can lead to 5 mph more speed.   This is speed that is available to any triathlete or TT rider who is currently riding a road bike in these events.   Some of the equipment based variables are applicable to all riders and we give the breakdown on how much simple changes in equipment can make.  Did you know you might be able to take over a minute of time off your 40K TT time by just choosing the lowest rolling resistance tires?
